2020 Holidays at Camp Service

Volunteers are need to support the Holidays at Firelands Scout Reservation! This event will be a day only event. If you need lodging please indicate on the sign up sheet so we can make arrangements. We will provide you a patch, lunch and snacks.

We are asking volunteers to be here no later than 8:30 and plan to leave around 7pm.

For any of the following please leave a note in the comment section of the form:

• If you want to volunteer, but need to arrive late or leave early

• If you have any food allergies or restrictions

• If you are in need of lodging (please let us know what night(s))

We need help in the following areas: wreath-making, hike, crafts, hay rides, games, cookies, sledding, snowmen-building, BB, slingshot, Santa's helpers, and snow paint.

Another option is to help decorate the camp on December 2, 3 and 4th starting at 5:00pm. Do you have decorations to donate? Let us know!

In addition, volunteers are needed Friday evening from 5:30pm-8:00pm and Saturday morning from 6:45am-9:00am to help with temperature checks. Please email me at service.lecbsa@gmail.com if you are able to help with the checks.

Indicate your preference for volunteer duty, but be flexible if help is needed elsewhere.

Complete one form per person. Youths and adults, members and non-OA members alike, are welcome to volunteer. Volunteers must be Scouts BSA age or older.
